Great location with beautiful surroundings and lake view. Staff was kind and professional, some spoke English.
Room was too hot at night, couldn't find a way to turn the heater off/down.

This hidden gem is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday. the location is great as it is close to famous attractions. the staff is very welcoming and professional, they speak good English. the highlight of the place is the natural hot springs which are enjoyable, and the Japanese food is excellent.
The room temperature was too high for our liking at night. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the controls to turn the heater off or adjust it to our preference.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful surroundings, lake view from our room, and the kind and professional staff, some of whom spoke English. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and breakfast were also great.
